At Class Fundraising UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion items; however, due to the personalized nature of our school-themed apparel, returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the defect or error to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our UK production facility using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and proof of postage.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the fault, we will process your full refund or dispatch a replacement garment within 5-7 business days.
